Copper Canyon Grill in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join Glenwood's kitchen. You'll prepare menu items, follow standardized recipes, and maintain clean, organized stations during busy weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale casual or full-service restaurant is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes, portion specifications, and presentation standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality food with accuracy, consistency, and timing.
• Prepare ingredients through cutting, portioning, seasoning, marinating, and other prep techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations during each shift.
• Handle, label, rotate, and store food products following food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and cooperate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work, including setup and maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing training and culinary development.
