Qualifications

• Minimum two years of line cook or prep cook experience.
• Experience in upscale casual or full-service restaurants is a plus.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes, portion specifications, and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations.
• Handle and store food following safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in openings, running, and closing side work.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef or Manager.
