Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Respects health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares quick-assembly items.
• Serves customers efficiently and warmly at multiple stations.
• Uses approved recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and temperature.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
