Qualifications

• 1 year of prior food production or pizza experience preferred.
• Full-time and part-time schedules; AM/PM shifts.
• Must follow recipes and standards; kitchen operates under health guidelines.
• Ability to maintain daily production records and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assists in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
