Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and stores or discards excess food per policy.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.
