Compass Group USA at Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Prep Cook for full and part-time roles. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available. Responsibilities include following recipes, preparing items from production sheets, maintaining HACCP standards, and serving customers in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required. Willing to train!
• Schedule: Full and part time; Days and hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills and serves customers at multiple stations.
