Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is hiring a Prep Cook to support line cooks and pantry in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will assist with food preparation, maintain a clean prep area and cold storage, and handle knives and kitchen equipment safely in a non-exempt role. This position is currently accepting applications and offers ancillary benefits as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Must maintain upbeat, positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Be able to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
• Able to assist line cooks and pantry as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area, walk-in cooler and freezer.
