Job summary

Dividend Restaurant Group is seeking a Prep Cook for Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock. The role supports line cooks and pantry, maintains a clean prep area, and helps with food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Requirements include a positive attitude, ability to stay alert on busy shifts, and comfort with knives and equipment. EOE; benefits include ancillary coverages and referral bonuses. On-site position with opportunities to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume kitchen.
• Handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment as needed.
