Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse, Division Sullivan's, is seeking a Prep Cook for our Charlotte location. The position is non-exempt and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for long periods and assist line cooks when needed.

Salary is dependent on experience; candidates should be motivated, detail-minded and able to maintain a clean and organized prep area. Equal opportunity employer.

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
