Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse in Charlotte is seeking a Prep Cook to support line cooks and pantry with food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen. This non-exempt, full-time role requires energy, reliability and the ability to stand for extended periods.

You will keep prep areas clean and sanitary, handle knives and kitchen equipment safely, and contribute to a collaborative team delivering high-quality dining experiences. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.
