Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock is seeking a Position Broiler Chef - SSH to support our kitchen with high-quality protein preparation. responsibilities include broiling, grilling, and sauteing to desired doneness while maintaining presentation standards.

We value at least six months of related kitchen experience and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and stay alert during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Broil, grill and/or saute proteins to desired doneness using a top-broiler.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
