We are hiring immediately for seasonal Prep Cook positions at Flik Hospitality Group.

Location

Seasonal schedule; days may vary, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements

Prior food prep experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred.

Pay Rate

$24.50 per hour.

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow worksheets and waste logs. Taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take and prepare customer orders requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
