Job summary

Wiley Creek Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes per residents' dietary needs. You will help manage inventory and ensure proper food handling to maintain safety and quality in a senior living kitchen.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the culinary team, meeting time targets, and supporting special events. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior food service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar facility or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for meals.

• Receive and organize food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Meet deadlines to prep ingredients before byline cooks or chefs.
