Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Card with knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients for daily meals.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision of Chef or Cook.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in prep areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols and state/federal guidelines.
• Label, store, and manage ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
