Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook or Prep Cook in high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes from assigned station with precision.
• Follow recipes and plating standards for consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Support daily prep tasks, stock ingredients, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH for seamless service.
• Adhere to health department sanitation requirements.
• Assist chefs with tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm.
