Job summary

The Oak Room - Georgetown, launched by Ten Five Hospitality, is seeking a dynamic Prep Cook to support a fine dining kitchen in Georgetown. You will prep and stock ingredients, assist with inventory, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization to uphold quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a team player able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Assists in control of inventory and supplies.
• Monitor and check daily food logs.
• Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
• Assist other stations when necessary.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.Position SummaryPrep Cooks are the foundation of our kitchen, setting the team up for a successful service each day by preparing and stocking the ingredients needed to support a smooth, efficient operation.
