• Assist other stations when necessary.
• Complete cleaning tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.Position SummaryAM Prep Cooks are the foundation of our kitchen, setting the team up for a successful service each day by preparing and stocking the ingredients needed to support a smooth, efficient operation.
