Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Washington DC is seeking a Part-Time Prep Cook to support kitchen operations, prepare recipes to spec, and keep stations organized. You will label, date, cover and refrigerate prep items for the line, read order tickets or Kitchen Display System, and maintain safety and sanitation with a sense of urgency.

This role collaborates with teammates and Front-of-the-House staff to ensure quality and speed in a high-energy setting, with competitive pay up to $15+/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen prep role preferred but not required.
• Ability to read order tickets and follow specifications accurately.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, sanitation and fast-paced work.

Responsibilities
