Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking a Prep Cook for the seasonal Food & Beverage team. You will regulate food handling safety standards, assist with basic measuring, and help maintain kitchen station cleanliness and stock for the next shift.

The role requires basic knife skills, prior kitchen experience, and knowledge of Washington State food safety laws. Housing may be available for eligible positions, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knife skills.
• Must have prior kitchen experience.
• Must possess strong food safety knowledge and demonstrate ability and desire to promote all food handling guidelines as dictated by Washington State law.
• General food knowledge and excellent palate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, food preparation and storage policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide high standard guest experience across Food & Beverage venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of own station and assist with closing duties.
• Support the team with efficient service during peak hours and events.
