Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking an entry-level Prep Cook to support our culinary team in Breckenridge, CO. You will prepare ingredients, keep prep stations clean, and help ensure readiness for service.

Ideal candidates have some kitchen experience, basic knife skills, and a Food Handler’s Certificate or the ability to obtain one. This role offers growth in a professional kitchen within our adventure lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of food handling.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers, and storage areas.
• Label, date, and properly store food items to maintain freshness and safety.
• Assist cooks and chefs during service by providing prepped ingredients and basic tasks.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
