Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for properly preparing all foods listed on the menus across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching, and pantry stations.

You will keep your workstation clean, work with co-workers to ensure timely meals, assist with special events, and follow safety and licensing requirements. This role requires flexible shifts, ability to work holidays and weekends, and a commitment to quality guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Some industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods across all listed cooking methods (grill, fry, bake, boil, braise, poach, pantry).
• Maintain an aesthetically appealing and correctly cooked plates.
• Keep workstation neat and clean.
• Assist co-workers to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
• Assist with special events/parties as needed.
• Attend meetings and follow safety procedures.
