Responsibilities

Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford for gaming entertainment and mentors team members to provide superior guest service.
Prepares foods listed on menus across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising or pantry stations; ensures plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.
Recognizes sauces and places them on entrees; keeps workstation neat and clean; assists co-workers to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
May perform duties for special events/parties; ensures proper storing of foods and that items are fully stocked and equipment is in good condition.
Close down workstations properly and participate in meetings; maintain cleanliness of work and public spaces; and support other duties as assigned.
