Job summary

Legends is seeking a Cook 1 to support food preparation, execution, and delivery to customer-facing staff. You will work under the Executive Culinary Team to ensure safe, efficient kitchen operations and adherence to recipes and timelines.

Responsibilities include receiving and labeling deliveries, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with other departments. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $20.74/hour.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in a fast-paced restaurant or food service.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes and prep lists.
• Must maintain sanitation procedures and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries following FIFO.
• Label and date items on receipt and rotate stock.
• Notify supervisor of expired products and maintain sanitation.
• Prepare food per recipes and timelines for daily service.
• Maintain kitchen areas including walk-ins and dry storage.
