Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and menu items to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock the workstation with necessary supplies before each shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen areas.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure proper timing and ticket flow.
• Assist Line when busy, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
