JDK Management Company is seeking a Prep Cook to support kitchen operations and ensure every dish meets company standards. You will prepare ingredients, maintain an organized prep area, and assist with line cooking while upholding food safety protocols.

We welcome applicants with or without prep cook experience. This role is ideal for hardworking team members who can lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Prior prep cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications (chopping, portioning, mixing, stocking).
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support Line Cooks and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Label, store, and rotate food items per standards.
• Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and stocking as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
