Fish Up North, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a prep/line cook to join our kitchen team. The backbone of our kitchen is the prep/line cook, responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, cooking, plating, and maintaining food safety standards.

The role requires following the chef's specifications, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistent, high-quality meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, cooking, plating, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Maintain consistency by following recipes and chef's specifications to produce high-quality meals.
• Keep work station organized and adhere to proper hygiene practices throughout the shift.
• Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth kitchen operations.
