Craft & Crew Hospitality is seeking Prep Cooks to join our high-volume kitchen team in Minnesota. You will prepare items according to recipes, operate fryers, grills, and basic prep tasks, while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

We value friendly, team-oriented individuals with strong work ethic and guest-focused service. Serve Safe certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus to communicate with a diverse team and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume food service.
• Friendly, team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
• Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saude? (saute) food items in the kitchen
• Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
• May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Line, Cleaning, Dish
• May assist in putting away food delivery items into appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
• Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
• Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
• Serve Safe certification a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
