Job summary

• Uses, maintains and cleans kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Stocks and rotates products to meet shelf life standards.
• Ensures correct portioning and adherence to recipes for quality and consistency.
• Preps items according to guest requests within company standards and food safety rules.
• Manages food cost controls and proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
• Assists dishwashing and keeps dining area clean during shifts.
• Communicates effectively with Kitchen Manager and coworkers about issues.
• Follows safety procedures regarding food handling and storage.
