Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and produce as directed by the chef or sous chefs.
• Prepare condiments, dressings, sauces, and simple dishes such as breads or salads.
• Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and client.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.
• Assist with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of other team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
