Toca Madera in Scottsdale is seeking a Prep Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will prepare ingredients, assemble simple dishes, and ensure health standards are met. The role requires strong multitasking, attention to safety, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards
• Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of other team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Assist with back of house cleanliness and organization

The Prep Cook will prepare meal ingredients, simple dishes, condiments, and other items as directed by the chef or sous chefs. They will ensure that pars are met and the kitchen is set up to successfully meet company standards and health requirements at all times.
