Responsabilités

• Warmly greets guests and takes drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
• Handle money and process credit/debit card payments, making change per SOP.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu; suggest items and allergen guidance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and escalate to a Manager for issue resolution when needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with new team member training and mentorship.
• Support other areas, such as stock work and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety standards.
• Comply with all applicable laws and Brand standards.
• Prepare products following recipes and procedures.
• Take direction well and collaborate in a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
