Paradies Lagardère in Romulus, MI is hiring a flexible team member to support guest service and store operations. You will assist with stocking, sanitation, and coordinating with kiosks to keep grab-and-go products ready for customers.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina for a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-volume or fast casual dining preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Experience in proper chemical handling.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchen to stock grab-and-go products.
• Load cart with products and deliver to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
• Maintain stock areas and rotate products.
• Assist with stocking and receiving inventory.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines.
