Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Written and verbal direction in English; speak English clearly.
• Operate machines and equipment including POS, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and all team members; handle difficult situations professionally.
• Support bartender, but do not mix or pour alcoholic beverages.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas in bar and kitchen.
• Able to move around bar and kitchen efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food products following recipes and company policies.
• Keeps the food prep area clean and organized while delivering food and assisting guests.
• Upholds high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality with customers and coworkers.
• Gains general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer guest questions.
