Job Details

• Immediate opening for full-time PREP COOK positions.
• Location: Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West - 4220 Harding Road, Nashville, TN 37205. Note: online applications only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days vary, 4:00 am to 12:00 pm; rotating weekends. More details during interview.
• Requirement: Prior prep cook experience.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour.

1. Follow daily production schedules and recipes.
2. Prepare items, complete documentation, and ensure food safety and quality.
3. Operate and clean equipment, store and label food items following HACCP guidelines.
4. Serve customers efficiently and resolve concerns.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
