Integral Senior Living seeks a Prep Cook to join our team. You will prepare items using standardized recipes, coordinate meal production with serving hours, and maintain high standards of taste, temperature, and quality across menu cycles.

The role requires attention to portions, cleanliness, and safety, with responsibilities for storage, records, and adherence to local/state/federal policies. Full-time with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year job related experience including food preparation and full-line menu items.
• Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
• Food Services Sanitation Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner.
• Determines food and supplies needed and coordinates meal production with serving hours.
• Monitors all food items to ensure minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality.
• Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods per menu and recipes.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversees storage; checks labels and dates.
• Completes cleaning duties and adheres to policies.
