Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and care.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items; prepare sauces, dressings, soups.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, broilers, tops, grills, mixers, slicers).
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support teamwork with clear communication and focus under pressure.
