Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read recipes and measure ingredients for consistency.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chop, dice, slice.
• Operate ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support teamwork through clear communication.
• Work well under pressure while upholding high standards.
