Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Prep Cook for the Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. You will prepare dishes using standardized recipes, follow ServSafe guidelines, and contribute to a memorable dining experience. A strong team spirit and commitment to quality are essential.

You will work with a tight-knit crew in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support menu execution while upholding safety and food-handling standards. Training and growth opportunities available.

Competenze

• Previous experience, non-fast food restaurant and/or training in a culinary school required.
• Have ServSafe Certification or be willing to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
• Position subject to irregular hours to include late nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years old
• Able to perform with minimum supervision

Mansioni

• Prepare all food items according to recipes using correct handling procedures.
• Maintain proper par levels of production according to prep sheets.
• Measures and mixes ingredients accurately and build each dish to order with guidance.
• Test food being cooked and ensure proper temperatures following ServSafe guidelines.
• Monitored quantities, quality and display during preparation.
• Stock workstation appropriately for each shift.
• Know menu ingredients and how to build each dish to order.
• Date and rotate containers; ensure perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
• Workspace cleaned after each shift and equipment sanitized.
• Respect coworkers and managers; maintain a positive team environment.
• Promote a positive perception of the company at all times.
