Cheeky is opening soon in the United States and seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Work will span lunch and dinner services with opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

We value reliability, detail orientation and teamwork as core requirements to help deliver pristine coastal seafood, vibrant cocktails, and warm hospitality throughout indoor and outdoor dining.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high volume high quality kitchen.
• Reliable, focused and eager to learn.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast paced high volume kitchen.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
• Wash, chop, portion, label and store food items following safety standards
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
• Follow all health, sanitation and safety procedures consistently
