Neighborhood Dining Group's Cheeky in Charleston, SC is building its culinary team for opening day approaching on September 30th. We are hiring a dedicated Prep Cook to join a high-energy seafood concept that blends coastal ingredients with vibrant hospitality.

This role offers day and evening shifts, with both full-time and part-time options. Responsibilities include prep, station cleanliness, and supporting line cooks to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen.
• Reliable, focused, and eager to learn.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
• Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently

We're building our team at Cheeky for our opening date right around the corner on September 30 th .

Prep Cook – Cheeky (Charleston, SC)
Cheeky is a high energy seafood restaurant celebrating pristine coastal ingredients, pouring great cocktails and vibrant wines and bubbles, buzzing with lively indoor-outdoor energy, and defined by warm spirited hospitality.

Cheeky is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Prep Cook to join our culinary team!

Position Availability:

Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles.
