Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook in San Francisco to support our culinary team with food preparation and kitchen operations. You will wash, chop, season, marinate, and help maintain a clean, organized workstation while adhering to health and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
