Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow daily prep lists and measure ingredients.
• Maintain clear communication with executive chef and city manager.
• Keep station and work areas clean at all times.
• Take ownership of tasks and support catering/events.
• Assist with diverse cooking methods and equipment.
