Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time prep cooks to ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand production for all food items. You will wash, chop, and prepare ingredients following recipes and TAO Standards while maintaining sanitation and organization at your station.

You will label and store products per FIFO, assist with opening/closing duties, and collaborate with chefs and team members in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Experience as a prep and/or line cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, chopping, and other meal preparations following recipes and TAO Standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, kitchen, and venue.
• Label and store products following FIFO and company standards; check and complete production lists and assignments.
• Work with chefs and staff, set up prep station, and perform opening/closing side-work as directed.
