Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list to plan duties and station support.

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and trimming.
• Undertake basic cooking duties like reducing sauces and cooking simple dishes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and proper food storage.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support BOH and FOH teams for smooth service.
