Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification and be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship with 2-3 years cooking experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual setting to satisfy guests.
• Maintain a guest service philosophy and high-quality products.
• Meet with supervision regularly to review assignments and business levels.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and cleaned properly.
• Adhere to health/sanitation standards and safety procedures.
• Rotate to other service locations as needed.
