The Wylder Boise is seeking a talented Prep Cook to join our growing restaurant family in Boise. You will support the kitchen team by setting up stations, following recipes, and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain stocked workstation throughout shift.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Complete daily prep tasks assigned.
• Prepare recipes by following strict guidelines and portioning techniques.
• Promptly prepare food within company time standards.
• Maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, quality and safety.
• Move throughout the kitchen as needed.
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards and surfaces.
• Take out trash and boxes daily.
• Complete all closing work before leaving.
• Support team members including leadership.
• Execute effective communication skills.
• Exude a positive attitude under stress.
• Contribute to a fun and professional work environment.
• Ability to execute follow-through.
