Moose's Tooth in Anchorage seeks a Prep Cook to prepare items with precision per our recipes and par sheets. You will work with a dynamic team, keeping a clean, safe workspace and delivering quality products to the kitchen on time.

Must be 18+ with an Anchorage Food Handlers Card. Kitchen experience is a plus; ability to stand long hours and lift 30+ lbs is required. This on-site role offers a busy, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, sanitation and policy procedures.
• Fulfill orders per par sheets and recipes.
• Follow recipes precisely and deliver quality items.
• Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently.
• Store, label and rotate products properly.
• Report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager.
• Communicate clearly with all staff.
• Open, close and perform side duties as needed.
• Work as a team with coworkers with respect.
