Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card.
• Kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Fulfill orders accurately as dictated by par sheets.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality in every item delivered for service.
• Safely operate kitchen machinery.
• Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly.
• Report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager.
• Communicate clearly with all restaurant staff.
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties.
• Work as a team with fellow staff and show respect.
