Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods such as boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces and soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, mixers and slicers.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO.
