Qualifications

• Must have Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training provided to learn employer-specific functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receiving trucks deliveries and inspecting products for damage or missing items.
• Date, rotate, and store all products on day of delivery.
• Pull data daily for prepping needs for a 48-hour period.
• Prepping all products according to Domino’s standards.
• Proofing dough for 24 hours, dating and re-cooling.
• Maintain proper temperature of products during prep.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Date all products according to Domino’s dating standards.
• Prepare all cooking PRPs, including sandwiches mats and papered pans.
• Maintain sanitation of prep area and surrounding areas.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
